Our Founder and CEO
Sheriff Ray Nash (ret.), with over 40 years of professional experience in law enforcement leadership, training and education, and human resource development, founded PDI to share his wealth of knowledge and expertise. Sheriff Nash has personally presented Police Dynamics training to over 20,000 law enforcement, military, and government leaders across the United States and abroad, making a significant impact on the global law enforcement community.
